We are now recruiting the next HR Business Partner (HR BP) to SVP Worldwide. This is a position that combines strategic HR work with process and people development in a global environment. You will work closely with your international collagues within the HR function as well as the CTO and department managers at the R&D Center of Excellence, based in Jönköping. The position
This position is a strategic, agile and proactive HR BP position with the aim to develop people and processes to strengthen employer engagement. You will work close with the EMEA Regional HR Leader and CTO to establish and maintain talent strategies, leadership capability, employee relations and the company recruitment strategy.

The key responsibilities amongst other are;

  • Develop and implement a people plan to emphasize engagement, development and performance
  • Support CTO, Department Managers, employees and EMEA Regional HR Leaders in HR related matters.
  • Provide leadership coaching
  • Support leaders in creating a winning-culture
  • Create a R&D-talent strategy
  • Manage, promote and drive HR-programs in a fast paced and complex environment
  • Lead annual HR-initiatives / projects
  • Review and renew company policies
  • Assist pay-roll provider with relevant information when needed
  • Handle the contact and relationship with local union and other external contacts

In this position you will be the first point of contact, regarding HR-related matters,  for the employees and together with CTO and technical manager you will develop and maintain modern HR-landscape.

Your profile
You have at minimum a BSC in a relevant field and many years of experience from similar roles. You are well familiar with HR Business Partnership to drive strategic and effective people outcome. Develop people with talent strategies, workforce scorecards and employee relations as tools is something that you are well familiar with and you have experience with both HR Business Partnership and HR administration. You have experience in change management and leadership training and you enjoy see other people grow and develop.

As a person you are a self-directed, problem solving team player with analytical skills and enjoys a global, fast-paced environment.
