We are now recruiting the next CTO Executive Assistant to SVP Worldwide. This is a position that combines administrative support to the new CTO as well as office administration. This position is based the SVP R&D center of excellence I Jönköping.

The main task of this position is to provide administrative support to the CTO and being the office administrator. The essential duties in this position is amongst others:
- Manage and maintain CTO’s calendar, scheduling global meetings and coordinating the on-site meetings.
- Make domestic travel arrangement for the CTO
- Handle expense reports
- Assist CTO with reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information
- Prepare meeting information
- Manage the facility, maintaining office supplies inventory and evaluating new office products.
- Screen incoming calls and respond independently when possible
- Organizing programs, events, meetings and conferences
- Set up workstations for new employees and create Sweden site badges
- Archive invoices and other documents.
In this position you will both work as a support to CTO and in charge of the office administration. You will hold a key position in creating a well-function Swedish site for all the employees and in addition build a better office environment and a better SVP Worldwide.
You have an associates degree (2 years in the Swedish system) or relevant work experience from similar roles. You have many years of experience in Executive Level support and strong office skills, preferrable in Google Suite. You are fluent, both written and spoken in Swedish and English in combination with strong communication skills.
Being the calm administrative spot that gives excellent support is something you are used to and you consider yourself as an organized proactive person.
You handle sensitive company information with discretion, and you have the ability to maintain a professional appearance in different situations.
