Business Engagement Manager to Husqvarna Group

We are now recruiting the next Business Engagement Manager to Husqvarna Group! In this role you will work with Husqvarna Construction Division as a bridge between the upcoming ERP Transformation program and business. Do you have a background in larger transformation projects and proven knowledge and experience within the area of ERP, this might be the position for you.

You will be a part of GIS (Global Information Services), and work towards the Construction Division. The organization consists of four different functions; Business Engagement, Governance, Operations and Enterprise Architecture. At Husqvarna Group, the Business Engagement Manager position is similar to ITIL’s Business Relationship Manager. The Business Engagement Manager is simply put the IT key-account manager with one leg in the technology and one leg in the business.
The purpose is to understand the business and proactively see how IT can be used to further strengthen the business. The Business Engagement Manager shall function as a catalysator for IT solutions within the business and contribute in the ongoing digitalization journey.
The key responsibilities for the BEM-position are amongst other;
- Take an active part in Husqvarna Group ERP transformation project
- Be a link between IT and business
- Pro-actively drive and support ERP related topics
- Build and maintain good relations with key business stakeholders
- Collect demands, make business cases and start-up change initiative
- Take and active part and contribute to the extended CD GIS management team
This is a role that strengthen the link between IT and business with the purpose to build operational excellence and enable IT to be true partner to the business.
You report to the Business Engagement Director and is part of the Extended Management Team for GIS Construction Division.
You have a BSC or MSC in relevant field and experience from similar roles. You have proven knowledge and experience with larger scale ERP/Transformation projects, you also have extended knowledge in ERP platforms and emerging technologies.
Furthermore you have extensive experience in a role between IT and business, preferably as Business Relationship Management, Liaison Officer or Program Manager. Global project management experience is a prerequisite where PMP-certification or similar is strong merit.
As a person you consider yourself as driven, self-going and structured and have excellent communication and networking skills.
You have excellent verbal and written skills in English, Swedish is an advantage.
